Peniel Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center, located in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, is an intensive, inpatient rehabilitation program that works to effectively treat men and women eighteen years of age or older who suffer from chronic substance abuse.

The goal of Peniel is to see men and women’s broken lives restored and true change take place. We aim to send clients back into their communities prepared to live sober lives of integrity and purpose with the expectation of leading others in a positive direction.

As a private-pay drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility, Peniel provides comprehensive drug rehab and alcohol treatment for adults at the most affordable rates possible.

At Peniel, we understand that investing in rehabilitation services is a major financial commitment for most people. Based on a 13-month long addiction rehabilitation treatment program, the total investment for treatment at Peniel can be quite substantial.

In an effort to provide services to anyone in need, we ask that patients and their families explore all personal financial resources available to pay for the cost of treatment.

• Processing Fees must be paid at the time of admission.
• Financial arrangements to return home are also required  upon admission.
• A payment plan for certain charges can be negotiated with  the fiscal office.
• Personal Needs - Clients will need personal money for cosmetics,  snacks, off-property trips and laundry.

On a needs basis, Peniel may be able to provide partial financial assistance through various scholarship funds. Most of the funds come directly from generous contributors and benefactors.
